Peter Tagliamonte, a seasoned mining engineer with over 25 years of expertise, has held pivotal roles in leading mining corporations. He served as the CEO of Sulliden Gold Corp., which was acquired by Rio Alto Mining, and headed Central Sun Mining Inc. before its acquisition by B2Gold. As the COO of Desert Sun Mining Corp., Peter was instrumental in transforming the Jacobina Mine in Brazil into a substantial 4,200-tonne per day operation. He was honoured as "Mine Manager of the Year" by the Mining Journal in 2005. Peter graduated with a Mining Engineering degree from Laurentian University and earned his MBA from the University of Western Ontario's Richard Ivey School of Business.

Mark Eaton has 20 years leadership experience in equity capital markets, with a specialization in the resource sector. He has held key positions including Managing Director of Global Mining Sales and Manager of US Equity Sales for CIBC World Markets of Toronto and served as a Partner and Director of Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon Ltd., a renowned Toronto-based investment dealer. Mr. Eaton has been a board member and management figure in numerous public mining companies, notably as the former President and CEO of Belo Sun Mining from 2010 to 2014. He currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Belo Sun Mining Corp. and is a board member of K92 Mining, Inc. Mr. Eaton completed his undergraduate studies at Hull University in the UK.

Peter Nixon, a seasoned businessperson, boasts over three decades of expertise in the investment sector, predominantly focusing on natural resources. Nixon founded Goepel Shields & Partners, Inc., and served as the President of its U.S. subsidiary. He has notably spearheaded various companies, including roles as Chairman of Dundee Corp., Kimber Resources, Inc., and Perpetua Resources Corp., as well as Senior Vice President at both Dundee Securities Corporation and DWM Securities, Inc. Mr. Nixon's dedication extends to serving on several boards, including Belo Sun Mining Corp. and Toachi Mining, Inc. A member of The Institute of Corporate Directors, he completed his undergraduate studies at McGill University.

Carol Fries, with over 30 years of experience in the natural resources and mining sectors, has an extensive background in managing environmental and social impact assessments, EHS systems, and community relations. She has held senior roles at several renowned mining companies, including Compania Minera Antamina, Falconbridge, Marcobre, Norsemont Peru, and Rio Tinto. Her past leadership positions include Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility at both Hudbay Minerals and its subsidiary, HudBay Peru, as well as Sulliden Gold Corp. Ltd. Ms. Fries also served as Vice President of Environment & Health at Chariot Resources Ltd. and was on the Board of Directors for Chariot Resources and YWCA Duluth. She currently serves on the board of Belo Sun Mining Corp. She earned her Bachelor of Environmental Studies, with a minor in Geology, from the University of Waterloo.

Rui Botica Santos has over 25 years of experience assisting international corporations predominantly in the mining sector. He's the Partner of CRA - Coelho Ribeiro e Associados, leading its Arbitration and Mining divisions, and the founding partner of CRA Timor-Leste, with a focus on mining, and oil & gas. Rui has held distinguished roles include serving on the boards of Somincor and Ascendant Resources Inc, as President of the International Tribunal of Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile in Paris, Judge at its International Court of Appeal, and Arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne. A prolific educator, he's lectured at renowned institutions including the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economia in Spain. He's admitted to the Bar in Portugal, Brazil, East Timor, and Macau. Rui received a law degree, a postgraduate in community studies from the University of Lisbon, and a mining law certificate from the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.

Ayesha Hira is a seasoned mining executive with over 25 years in the sector, starting her journey as a geologist in diamond, base metals, and gold exploration. She transitioned into capital markets, working in the global mining teams at CIBC World Markets and RBC Capital Markets, with North American, UK, Australian, South African, and European listed mining and steel companies. At Lucara Diamond Corp., a Lundin Group company, she served as VP of Corporate Development & Strategy, focusing on strategic growth and mergers. She has held board roles with Lucara Botswana, Clara Diamond Solutions, and the Responsible Jewellery Council, representing the Mining Forum. Ms. Hira earned a Bachelor of Science Honours in Geology from Queen’s University, Canada, and is a CFA Charterholder.
