Mark Eaton , , , President & CEO

Mr. Eaton is a graduate from Hull University, England and is an experienced investment professional with over 20 years of experience in equity capital markets specializing in the resource sector. He has held the position of Managing Director of Global Mining Sales, a division of CIBC World Markets of Toronto and Manager of US Equity Sales for CIBC World Markets. Mr. Eaton's most recent position was as a Partner and Director of Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon Ltd., a Toronto-based investment dealer, which he held from January 2007 until he joined the Board of UEX Corporation in March, 2008.

Helio Diniz , , , VP Exploration

Mr. Diniz has over 30 years of experience, most recently as Director of Exploration, Brazil for Xstrata (formerly Noranda – Falconbridge). In this role, he was a primary discoverer of the world class Araguaia Nickel Deposits (+100 million tonnes, 1.5% Ni) which are currently undergoing scoping studies by Xstrata Nickel. He also assembled one of the most impressive property portfolios in the prolific Carajas Mineral District and the land position at Mangabal. Prior to that, he worked with GENCOR South Africa, and was involved in the evaluation and development of the Sao Bento gold mine in Brazil which operated for 25 years.

Ian Pritchard , , , Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Pritchard is a professional with over 20 years of experience in project and operations management in the mining industry both in North America as well as internationally, including, in particular, Brazil. Mr. Pritchard’s mining experience includes the management of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, engineering, procurement and construction management projects. He has held senior executive positions at various organizations worldwide including SNC-Lavalin and De Beers Canada.

Ryan Ptolemy , , , Chief Financial Officer

Ryan Ptolemy is Certified General Accountant and CFA charter holder. Mr. Ptolemy is also currently CFO of Rodinia Minerals Inc., a Canadian mineral exploration company with a primary focus on lithium exploration and development in North and South America. From August 2005 to September 2009, Mr. Ptolemy was at an independent investment dealer in Toronto, most recently serving as CFO where he was responsible for financial reporting, auditing, budgeting and internal controls.

Simon Marcotte , , , Vice President of Corporate Development

Mr. Marcotte has 14 years of capital market involvement. He has been a partner of Cormark Securities (“Cormark”) for 4 years in institutional equity sales covering Montreal and New York. He also previously sat on the Board of Directors of Cormark. Prior to his involvement with Cormark, Mr Marcotte was a Director for CIBC World Markets in Montreal since 1998 in institutional sales. Mr Marcotte holds a B.A.A. from Sherbrooke University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Pat Gleeson , , , Corporate Secretary

Mr. Gleeson holds a J.D. and M.A. from the University of Toronto and a B.A. from Queen’s University in Ontario. Mr. Gleeson has served as in-house counsel to a number of public companies since April 2007, prior to which, from September 2002 to April 2007, he was a lawyer at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP.

Carlos Cravo Costa , , , Country Manager

Mr. Costa is a Professional Geologist (P. Geo) with Eighteen years work experience on base metals, gold and platinum group elements exploration projects throughout Brazil. Additionally, Mr. Costa has ten years work experience in mine geology, including underground experience with Fazenda Brasileiro and open pit experience with Andrade, Brucutu and Córrego do Meio where he managed their geology departments. Throughout his career he has participated in and managed several exploration programs, from regional grassroots stages through to scooping studies. Mr. Costa graduated from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and also holds a graduate degree in System Analysis from the Instituto Brasileiro de Pesquisa em Informática (IBPI) in 1988.

Ricardo de Freitas Lopes , , , Project Manager

Mr. Lopes has 21 years of extensive experience working with regional and detailed gold, platinum, palladium, copper, nickel and phosphorous exploration projects in Brazil, Bolivia, Peru, Canada, Norway and Sweden. Mr. Lopes has most recently as Technical Manager for International Nickel Ventures and Country Manager for Blackstone Ventures in Sweden. Prior to that he served as the Chief Project Geologist for Falconbridge/Xstrata on the Araguaia Nickel Laterite Project (greenfield Ni discovery) in Brazil. Also part of the team that reviewed and tested low grade Aurizona Gold Projects which is currently in production by Luna Gold Corp. Mr. Lopes also holds an M.B.A. from Fundação Getulio Vargas in Brazil.

Mike Hoffman , , , VP Engineering

Mike Hoffman is a professional mining engineer with over 30 years of experience in mine operations, projects and corporate development. He recently served in senior executive positions at Crocodile Gold, Crowflight Minerals Inc., Kria Resources, Goldcorp Inc., Desert Sun Mining Corp. and Yamana Gold Inc. He serves on the Board of Directors of Castillian Resources Inc., Aberdeen International, Trevali Resources, Himilayan Capital and Largo Resources Inc.
